Breakfast:
-Two bowls of Frosted Mini Wheats cereal with skim milk

Lunch:
-Six fish sticks with ketchup
-Glass of water

Dinner:
-Two chicken patties with four pieces of cheese, four wraps, ketchup
-Two glasses of water
-Two rice cakes with peanut butter on top

Alcohol:

-Two bottles of Sierra Nevada
-One glass of Yuengling Lager
-One Jack and Diet Coke


Exercise:

-Ran one and a half miles
-Chest
