Breakfast:
-Two egg beaters with two slices of cheese
-Three cups of coffee

Lunch:
-Six fish sticks
-Glass of water

Dinner:
-Two hamburgers with two pieces of cheese with ketchup and mustard
-Diet Coke
-One Heineken
-Glass of water
-One spoonful of peanut butter

Exercise:

-Ran one mile
-Back and arms
